	Narrative
	[.DESCARGA.] (the unloading of knowledge and information onto the masses via the medium of music entertainment) is Chicago's very own Spanish rock quartet comprised of 1st generation Mexican-Americans. Their heritage has given them the ability to pull from such diverse sources of music ranging from traditional Mexican sounds and artists like Juan Gabriel, Los Tigres Del Norte, Jaguares, Cafe Tacuba to modern American tunes performed by such artists as The Ramones, Nirvana and Jimi Hendrix. This not only enhances the sound and style of their music, but it also allows them to add a diverse flavor to their material. Their ability to fuse the different musical styles along with the creativity contributed by each band member present DESCARGA with unlimited opportunities for composing.
